I want to know the cheapest and a good DTS Speakers to get? how much will they cost and where from?

Richer sounds seems to be a good place for cheap kit.
dts does not require special speakers any home cinema
speakers will do , but you will need a dts/Dolby Digtal amp.
spend as much as you can afford on your speakers,sub woofer
it will save you in the long run as they wont need replacing when
the time comes for a more serious amp.
