Anyone heard about their MICO A980 yet?

Carsonlad (Competent) posted this on Tuesday, 5th September 2000, 19:33

I was just wondering if anyone had heard anything from unbeatable.co.uk yet? I just went to their new site to check out my order details, but they`ve upgraded the site and previous customers can no longer access their account details. We have to re-register.

Cheers

Nope, haven`t heard a thing since the last email from them promising that the players were leaving Hong Kong before the weekend.

Can`t see any point in re-registering to see `your order is being processed`.

I`m sure they`ll get `round to supplying the players some time if they`ve nothing else to do.

Yes, I received my player the other day.

It was worth the wait.

Also there are a few changes form the review I saw in What Video Mag.

The player now has RGB outputs.
The player came multi-regioned and Macrovision disabled.
The player outputs NTSC region 1 discs as Pal so you can record them.

The only problem is the player should have come with a long stick as you have to get up to turn off?? No standby button on remote?
