If i am working from 10pm to 6am in London Zone 3. What sort of payment should i expect?

When I worked overnight I was paid 1.5 times my normal rate + a meals\out of hours allowance, that was about 1995 if that helps.

Common Union suggestions are 15 to 20% above normal day rate.

1.5 times sounds ok. 15 to 20%.......... sounds very little......

night rate is day rate with 35% on top this is the minimum you should be having plus paid mealbreak is standard practise if you can get more then great.
