the ibis and big sleep hotels are usually pretty reasonable as well

yea, the big sleep, opposite the jarvis hotel right in the town centre, i went in the summer on the weekend, i think cost bout £45 for the night - with breakie!!

Have a look on visit wales there are loads of low price B&B`s along newport road and cathedral road. about 10 mins from city centre.

What are you going for? if you don`t mind me asking.
