One for the Geordies (maybe the Macams)
There was an advert back in the late 80`s on Metro Radio for that Indian fella`s clothing alteration shop on Westgate Road in Newcastle.
It ended something like "come to Mr x`s on Westgate Road, next to the motorbike shops, just for you ladies and gentlemen"
If you`d heard it you would remember it, if you haven`t you`ll think I`m mad.
Anyone know the guys name and/or the real wording of the ad?

I thought that spelling looked wrong, but I was half asleep when I posted.
`Course if I cared about those Southern (well South of the Tyne), shandy drinkers I would have gone to more bother making sure I spelled it correctly :p

I had a flash of inspiration, and had just been Googling for "Mr Rahmin westgate", so I was pretty close.
Well done Watson (in my best Sherlock Holmes impression), because of you my weekend has not been ruined! :D
