Loads of these kits on Ebay. Basically its a magnifying lens that you stick in front of the TV (which has to be upside down) , and it "projects" the image onto a wall. I would steer well clear.

Buyers of this item also bought

1) Prescription windscreen for their car. Saves having to change from reading glasses to distance pair.

2) Set of left handed screwdrivers.

Similarly, I hear tartan paint goes down well with their customers.

as previously stated loads of these kits on ebay. you get a frenzel lens and instructions on how to build your own projector out of plywood. The Tv upside down is not exactly true as some kits dont need you to do this. But just image a 20" tv upside down with a plywood projector in front of it !!!!! hardly going to impress anyone and would look gastly. Might as well go buy a Panny projector for £400 off ebay

dvdhouse ;)

Apart from the extremely poor quality of any fresnel lens, just imagine the light output of a TV. It isn`t going to be good. :)

At times I do wonder at the output from the TV!

Yes I was very dissapointed in this kit as it said by hanging upsidedown during long films such as `The lord of the Rings` keeps the blood flowing to the scalp, giving you a full head of hair till your ninty years of age.

Bald as a bat now, Did`nt work :(

Think I`ll pass then! Mind you might make a good practical joke gift, see if anyone would actually use it!

Thanks!
