Was wondering, with the way peoples thoughts are these days about being concious of theyre health/fitness, if many people on this forum participate in much exercise, be it a sport, going to the gym, swimming etc?
I myself, I suppose im quite vain (so my girlfriend tells me!), go to Fitness First about 3-4 times a week

I swim 4 times a week before work and do a Kung Fu class every Monday evening. But I am still a chubby git. :-)
I play ice hockey twice a week - soon to be 3 times and skate twice a week but still feel I need to run/swim and of course weight training and I`m still (a bit) overweight/under muscled.
I do Judo 2-3 times a week, and depending on how I`m feeling will try and swim once a week and got to the gym once a week as well. Lost about a stone since Christmas, so I must be doing something right!
i go to the gym at least 4 times a week (total fitness) mountain biking (tho thats very infrequent these days) only got another 3 stone to lose ;)

I workout five times a week for about and hour and a half - two hours, just at home on my rowing machine, dumbbells, situp bench etc. I lost a fair bit of weight over the last year or two, when I left college I was quite `portly` so I decided I really needed to do something about it. I can honestly say I`m in the best shape I`ve been in for..............erm..........well, ever :D 8)

I go to the gym twice a week and swim once a week, sometimes do a bit of weights at home in between that, and try to do a good few situps every day
Gym 5 times a week at 8.30 am do 1hr 30mins of mixed cardio vascular and weights ive lost 4 stones from last year just another 8 to loose lol but im still a wide mean fightin machine going to he gym for me doesnt make me loose weight but i feel 100% fitter for stickin to it . :o.
