Crank Yankers - funniest thing i`ve seen in a long time!

Has anyone else seen this? I caught an episode on Sky One at around 4.30am (tragic time slot, really!)

It`s basically comedians making prank phone calls to members of the public, but the bizarre scenarios are acted out with puppets (which verge on just the right side of "looking slightly creepy").

The Bobcat Goldthwait call to the William Morris Agency had me in stitches. Anyone know which season that episode is from?

it`s a cracking show. It`s by the same guys who did The Man Show which is sometimes on FX at stupid o`clock. which is also hilarious.

you can get both shows on DVD from www.dvdboxoffice.com

well worth it

after reading this i downloaded the first episode. quite funny, although i must admit that was mainly because the puppets were funny. the phone sex line was good though with a friend of a deaf guy ringing up then typing the response for him.

Apparently, there were some major changes between the first and second season, with season 2 comprised of only sketches.

Niles Standish phoning up about becoming a cowboy had me in tears. It was that funny! :)
