But that would be down to the elected judge representing his angry white electorate, in fear of his job.
The medias political correctness spin is all one way, as you well know.
Censorship of black-on-white crime is an admitted fact.
Whites lives are therefore "inferior" in the eyes of the press.
It`s all about putting us in our place.
