Page 1 of Alias Season 5

Is anybody who watches the current series of Alias puzzled like me.

SPOILER:
After rescuing Will, Sydney is having a conversation with Jack in which they mention keeping Vaughan (supposedly dead) safe by not revealing his whereabouts.

Did I miss something in the last episode. :/

It`s a while since I saw this but if I remember correctly it was explained in the episode where Vaughn first re-appears (in Syd`s dreams/mind). It turns out that they faked his death while he was in the hospital bed and nobody was told.

Are you saying that Syd has always known that Vaughn was alive? I know in the dream she says that she won`t give him the drink again as the last time he went into cardiac arrest. Either way it wasn`t made very clear!

Yeah, they knew all along.

They did a really s*** job of playing out the reveal, with a throwaway line that could easily be missed, or misconstrued that something has happened in the show and the viewer`s missed it!
