I used to go with my dad when I was younger and have been once or twice since on holiday.

Your best bet is to contact a local caving or potholing club and go through them.

Don`t get high the night befor and land on a down slope. Saw a documentery on him a while back. Very sad.

I used to love potholing in my youth (when I was in the Scouts :B ), but haven`t been since and would love to try it again. My wife, however, thinks it`s a horrifying idea and would never consider it.
Do let us know if you find out more - or if you actually try it yourself.

Try my local roads....... bloody loads of pot holes in them. lol

Only if he preceeds you into the hole.
Otherwise, stick thin with no muscles so you can shove him/her out of the way when the panic attack hits.

perhaps start off with model buses and work up. dont go for the double deckers right away.
