Official one is in restaurant in Leeds...staff only, no partners. Meal, wine and a couple of drinks, all free...then we have to buy our own drinks.
Think there is an unofficial night out last Friday before Christmas in Leeds.

Work for what is basically the civil service. Section is going for a lunch (3pm) at Living Room in Glasgow. Think it`s about £18 per head for 3 courses plus tea/coffee but I think drinks are fairly pricey. No contribution to the cost from work.
I`m not actually going this year as it`s my wife`s birthday
Self employed.
Me and a beer in front of the telly.
All together now. AAAaaaahhhh.

I often dream about having a 9 to 5 job - paid holidays, no work at weekends, knowing how much money you`ll get at the end of the month. Sometimes money is such a worry that it leaves you feeling like you`ve been punched in the stomach :/

It`s not easy being different. It`s not easy being cool....but somehow I manage....

My dad works for himself and so does my best mate. It`s an obvious trade off between being your own boss and earning money for yourself or the security of working for a company. I think it`s in later life you see the benefits off being self employed.
