I have just got myself a philips pronto remote and i think it is the dogs nads. The prob i an having is using the software to alter the remote. I cannot get the software to find the remote!! Does anyone have any tips on how to use it or even better some screens and macros alreadyset up?

Which COM port of your PC are you plugging the cable into? Mine seemed to be very picky over which one I used.

I have only got one port that the cable fits so i hope that it is the right one
