Replacement foot operated dimmer switch...Where from?
The cheap dimmer switches you get on uplighters for the living room keep failing on me
And before you ask, no its not the socket or my wireing as everthing else works fine.
Can these foot operated dimmers be purchased separately? if so where from?
RE: Replacement foot operated dimmer switch...Where from?
I saw a direct plug in switch in Lidles the other month (no dimmer), so you would have to cut the existing switch out (unplugged from mains), wire a plug to the end & plug it into the new switch.
Something like this.
I consider myself an optimist, albeit an optimist with cynical tendencies and a dark side that Lucifer himself would find a little creepy. (Perhaps you've noticed.) You don't normally associate cynicism with an upbeat pov. But I have exactly that combination and will defend it.
I hate answering the phone at work - It disturbs my sleep.

Thats closer to the one I saw in Lidls, but it was £5.99 IIRC.

Thanks for replys, I think i`ll be better off just buying a quality uplighter instead of the cheap stuff from argos.
