Oh my god, that`s shocking! I know it`s not a foregone conclusion yet, but like they say, all the evidence supports her story.

I hope justice is done here. Anyone who can abuse his command of a prisoner like that should not be wearing that uniform!!! >:(

well if its true he deserves to be prosecuted and thrown out... and i say IF its true.

I find it hard to believe based on the evidence given at this time, as their was another police officer in the vehicle and i am sure they would have been aware of any incident should it have occurred...

there are many allegations made against police officers by those arrested... the majority are just untrue, but all must be fully investigated.
