:¦ Sadly why does it happen to a quiet man? Why does a nice family man go to a hooker? you would think being a public figure as Governor of New York he would be very careful. I do feel for the daughters n wife,Can`t understand why she had to stand by his side when he went on to the mic in front of those reporters? One of my previous employers was "nicked" after collecting the ransom cash from a kidnap & meeting his partners in crime (I was driving past the top of the road as the "swoop" happened"), made a joke comment to THO 48 hours later when it was briefly mentioned on local news & the next day found his face all over the local rag.

An offchance meeting with someone else in a local city centre pub, resulted in him being sent down for the unsolved murder of the others wife during the early 80`s*.

*Featured on Crimewatch & Michael Winner & even had a casual comment from a net friend followed me around.

"Saw Exeter on the TV last night, Mike & me watched it thought it was beautiful."

"Nope unsolved murder show some guy called R*** killed & R***`s wife"

I consider myself an optimist, albeit an optimist with cynical tendencies and a dark side that Lucifer himself would find a little creepy. (Perhaps you've noticed.) You don't normally associate cynicism with an upbeat pov. But I have exactly that combination and will defend it.

BTW - The boss also escaped from Parkhurst on the Isle of Wight (as seen in Patriot Games) & on the run for 6 days. He & his other escapee`s brought down the head of the prison service as a result, if it hadn`t been for a cheap security lock on a light aircraft, they would actually have made it off the island to France.

When used in this sort of context, I always laugh at the use of the word `ring`.

Don`t know, all I know is what I have read in the news yesterday. I do feel for his daughters, but it`s a lesson in life, god knows I learn very young to be leary in men, just when you think you love someone, he doesn`t, so much for that. Oh btw if you think I trust women HA! even less, you could say I`m a loner now , life has taught me, you can`t trust anyone.Do I ever feel love for someone of course I do, but won`t chase it! So I`m not a damn stalker. Will I ever trust? does anyone?
