Page 1 of One 4 All four Remote Control Help?

I have recently bought a one4all four Digital remote control to operate my tv, vcr and dvd player, but have only managed to get the tv and vcr operational from it. My DVD player is a Grundig GDV 210A and have tried everything to code it in to operate from the remote but have had no luck. Does anyone already have this remote and have got it to work, your info would be most appreciated. I have read the operating instructions and have tried patiently all the methods but haven`t been able to get it to work, maybe its the dvd player model.

I have bought it yesterday for my Pioneer 525. [OK ] key does not work. [AV] key does not work for my TV as well so I`m bringing it back to shop today.
