Hi,
Does anyone know if its possible to get my phillips dvd730 to read cdr vcd`s? at the moment when i insert a vcd that i know is burnt correctly it takes 30 secs or so to read then spits it back out again :( it plays store bought vcds fine but if i try to put any of my own home movies in they just wont work...

Try a few different brands of CDr (or RW) - The Princo (?) are supposed to be pretty good for those hard to read players.
