Page 1 of ***PAYPAL ALERT*** ***PLEASE READ***

ladies and gents please be aware if you use Paypal for any transactions - their security has been breached - i have received three confirmation emails from them in the last hour for 89.50 euros... to a company called SKYPE

I logged into Paypal the usual way not through an email link to find these transactions have taken place, to cut a long story short - i found paypal had already suspended these transactions...

i took 20 minutes on the phone to a lady in the subcontinent, and ended up changing all my log in details, she confirmed they have had a major breach and they are inundated with calls to the point that they are suspending all transactions!

So in essence if you have any paypal account check it!

in answer no... i dont use Skype, in the transaction there is NO EMAIL ADDRESS, and the name is in CHINESE CHARACTERS? I am guessing, but it appears they are randomly hacking Paypal and putting in email addresses, Paypal have obviously realised this is an issue, otherwise they wouldnt have automatically suspended the transaction?
