just put his number up on public toilet walls with something like "want 13" of c*ck up my a*se" i found that worked for my ex-boss ;)

Programme his mobile number into a fax machine.
It`ll constantly redial it.

A cab controller I used to know saved the phone numbers of all the abusive pains in the ar*e and rang them from call boxes when he went off shift about 3.00am and just left the phone off the hook.
Seemed to make him feel a bit better. :)
