Something I can comment on!I think ones I've most enjoyed have been alas very few are new series.

• The Newsroom
• Veep (took a few episodes to get going)
• Boardwalk Empire
• Breaking Bad
• Homeland
• Sons of Anarchy
• American Horror Story Asylum
• The Walking Dead
• Spartacus (can't wait for the final season :()
• Hell on Wheels
• Game of Thrones (just the best thing on TV for years)
• The Killing (excluding the first half of the season)

• Alcatraz
• Missing
• Falling Skies

Was very dissapointed after watching 5 years of Merlin to see the very last ever episode

SPOILER:
so downbeat with Arthur dead, Guinever left as a widow, and Merlin going on to the 21st Century waiting for Avalon to rise again.

What an awful ending !

The end of The Thick Of It was excellent.

Also, Dexter was a vast improvement this year compared to the dreadful sixth season. Still, Game Of Thrones remains the show to beat.

Would agree with a lot shows recommended.

Would definitely recommend people check out Justified, bearing in mind it is very episode of the week to start with but picks up back end of season 1 and season 2 and 3 have been absolutely superb.


Probably not worst, but definitely most disappointing

- Fringe.  I watched seasons 1-3 last year and enjoyed after previously not thinking too much of the pilot.  Season 4 was disappointing the way they went with the show and then Season 5 now I am just watching to see how they tie everything up.

Mainly best tv when it was turned off....worst tv when it was turned on.....Happy New year to you all......

I`ve read those lists and realised I don`t watch any of those shows.  I think I actually avoid drama shows these days since I found Heroes so trying.
