I am not young enough to know everything.

Space X technology is so 1969, and is just a joke on us all, the World public. If we think that this has really been the progress made, over the last few decades, then we are far mistaken.

Secret black space projects paid for over the decades by untold countless billions of dollars, back engineering of crashed alien craft, and thousands of human minds designing new spaceships from that information, puts human space technology way advanced than this rubbish, that they portray as the way forward.

And one of the hopefully positive reasons I would assume for this, is to get man and women into space and colonise our solar system and beyond, to ensure the continuation of the human race, in case our home planet is decimated by a future catastrophe, natural or otherwise.

So to conclude, If you believe propelling the future of man into space is antiquated liquid or solid rockets, then it may as well be Monty Python.
