Labour seem to have put the more sensible option in charge but it remains to be seen who gets in the shadow cabinet and possibly more to the point who doesn't.
How many of the three pound takeover throw their hand in and how many stay and cause as much trouble as possible.
I don't think Momentum are going to shrivel up and die so right now as a non party, and never likely to be, member. My stance as a voter is standing watching with arms crossed and a 'Go on then' attitude.

Well at least Corbyn has gone (or is going soon) thank God he never got in powerÂ
Putting things in perspective, interest in the labour leader contest and even Brexit, is on the back burner at the moment, due to this Covid-19 situation.
They have a helluva job to convince me to vote Labour again after the recent s***show it's been. Corbyn aside, I see Momentum as a massive problem and if they aren't stepping aside, I ain't voting Labour.
I think if anything the results show that Momentum have lost their influence completely, which is good.
Because I still subscribe to the philosophy that the best option to run the country is always going to be the least worst option, I will just settle for actually having an opposition again.

Yes I agree the results do show this, but only time will tell if this changes anything. They've already said they intend to keep playing a role. I'm hoping Keir knows how to deal with them, otherwise they're back where they started. The country has rejected the kind of politics they are peddling quite emphatically. We need a decent opposition again like you say, but my god what damage they have caused. It's going to take some time to put that right with people.
