Page 1 of Game Network on Sky Digital

Has anyone here seen Game Network on Sky Digital (channel 223). I`ve had it a while and never bothered to look at it. Turned it on today and saw Lenend Of Mir. It had some guy showing terrible Powerpoint and Flash animations people had e-mailed him. He then read the conetents of the websites forum. It looked like it had been filmed in his bedroom.

How the hell can this be a channel? I could do better?? At least its Free To Air.

It might be a terribly low budget channel, but its actually pretty good. It is MUCH better than it used to be.

When it first came on they could never decide what language that they were going to use in the reviews and things, so it would start in English but then slip back into Italian (I think). That was pretty funny.

Now its low budget and silly, but not quite so stupid. It is the best game channel there is though, so I cant really complain. The retro clip section is cool!

This channel is on 24/7 in my bedroom, I love it, it`s full of cheese.

I`ve been watching this for almost a year and half, one of the most watched channels in mah house mainly for the Gameplay and Game Clip shows that show me ingame footage of games i`m interested in...

It`s basically the ONLY game channel, so that goes without saying.

I`ve only watched about 2 hours in total of it, but Game Clip is funny sometimes though, as they often have people playing them who are visually impaired and can`t control the on-screen action. I remember a clip of some racing game where they kept crashing into the walls and eventually ended up going round the track the wrong way for about 20 seconds.

Heh....sorry I keep thinking that the GamePlay channel is still around, but I haven`t got a clue when/where that went.

GN is really funny sometimes though, although not often deliberately. It breaks down ALOT. It went totally screwy today for ages.

It reminds me of "Channel 9" from The Fast Show sometimes....
