Page 1 of Reoc A3 VCD Help!!!!

Doe sanyone know of a way to hack this player to make it play VCDs. I`ve tried VCD, SVCD and CD-R but none of them work. Help!!!!

I have the same dvd player. I have absolutely no idea how you can do a VCD hack! If you had any joy with this, Please let me know!!!!!

For Region Free try:
Turn the player On
Press the Open/Close button to open the drawer
Enter the password 8,4,2,1 or 9,9,9,9 and the current region code will show on the screen
Select a region code by pressing enter continuously. The region free code is 9
Press the Open/Close button to close the drawer

For VCD`s try:
Turn the player On
Press the Open/Close button to open the disc drawer
Enter 5,1,6 and 8
Screen will now report VCD playback is possible.

Hi, according to Safeway, the A3 will not play back VCD`s, only the A5 will, I`m not sure if it can be altered by remote, I can`t find any hack codes for it
