I HAVE BEEN LOKING EVERYWHERE FOR A HACK FOR THE LG 2280P

SO PLEASE HELP ME ?

There are no remote hacks for LG players .. they have to have their firmware upgraded to Multiregion .... only a DVD "chipper" can do this ...

Steve m8 sorry but ur wrong pall, i have an LG 3200E and i have used the same hack for the LG3350E/AIWA 370 and it works perfectly.

I have played all my R1 films using that hack (maybe not all LG`s are remote hackable)

Method:

Power up no disc in drive

Press pause

Enter 314159

Display show COde:

Enter region number (1=US, 2=UK/europe..etc...)

Press pause

Power off and wait a few secs

Power on and away u go

But as i said maybe not all LG DVD players are remote hackable

doesn`t work on the 2280. Tried it. Different chip set I reckon. Hardware mod is the only option.

It works on SOME 2280`s, but not on the one I had either.

All you are posting is the user instructions for modified LG players ... if this "hack" works on your player then it has been already modified ....

Steve, straight out of the box m8 had the player for a few weeks and posted up askin for a hack then after a few weeks saw the hack for the 3350 so i tried it for mine and it worked, so it hasnt een modified in a ny way as it is a brand new player "straight outa da box"

i used the hack posted below on my lg2280p and it worked perfectly,i bought my player from currys in february 2000 and it hasnt had any kind of mod fitted.but i am aware that it only may work on some players.

Now then Now then so thats 2 players now thats not been modified in any way shape or form and i bet theres alot more out there..

Not having a go at cha, but i h8 to see peeps just wasting there money, my moto (try b4 ya buy) and thats wot i did, coz i was seriously gona pay out £89 exc VAT to techtronics to get my Player Mutli region...and my god im glad i waited....

I even sent them fookers an email as i think they was rippin peeps off BIG FASION!!!!
