LG 3200e Multi - region hack probs

Hi all
Wondered if anyone could help me, I have a Lg 3200e and no matter how i try i can not get the multi-region hack to work on it.
I presume that mine has the older firmware (Think it`s ver 1.0 ) and thus as stated it will not work.
What i was wondering was , is there anyone who knows where i can get the firware upgrade for it,and a little tutorial on how to go about installing it?
Much obliged for any help or advice.

Take a trip over to http://www.lgdvd.co.uk `s forums - I think they were talking about it in there. Anyway, they`ll know what to do.
