I want to play region 3 discs on region 2 Sony DVP-PQ1 PICOT DVD Player. Is there a hack for this.

There is no hack for this player. Be warned, if you are offered an "none chipped" upgrade for this machine, you will lose all TEXT from your on screen setup menu.

The guys who sold me this DVD player told me that they have hacked it to play any region discs. They just took it in and did it in less than 10 minutes. Is there anyway that I can prove that. I don`t have any other region discs with me.
