Page 1 of Bush DVD2523 - Macrovision

Just got one of these. Seems to play really well, better than some I`ve seen, but has anyone found a way to record to video from this DVD player yet.

Buy an external video conditioner (see Maplin or Lectropaks catalogue). No one has found a way to switch off macrovision in software in this model, the 2023 or the similar (firmware and chipset) Alba 108 or Goodmans 134.

Hi Snafu,
just ordered one of these external video conditioners, tell me how good these are relating to `backup` quality etc.....

PS I will be using this on my Alba DVD 114, do you think there will be any issues?
