Page 1 of Aiwa HT-DV1 can it be Hacked

Hi,

I`m looking to buy an new DVD player and am looking at the Aiwa HT-DV1. My old DVD player was multi regional and I have some region 1 DVDs.

My question is, can this player be hacked?? I understand it`s quite new and a hack might not be available. How longer does it normally take before a hack is found?

www.modchipsuk.co.uk have an upgrade disc for HV-DH1 I guess either you or them have mixed a couple of letters up !
