Page 1 of LG DV2000 combi

I`ve been looking at the multi region hack for this combi player and it seems that you need to make a CD-R to make it multi region(same as the 5000 series), is there no handset hack for this player, if there isn`t can any1 tell me if there are any risks in using the burnt CD-R method of making the player multi region?

The disc is the only way, LG were under obligation by the DVD forum to make it more (slightly) difficult to hack so that is what they came up with, no more or less risk. If it makes you feel any better, i`ve used the disk on every 5000 model and DA last year so I can assure you it works fine and in the rare case it doesn`t work it doesn`t affect the player at all.

Can you tell me where to get the software to hack this machine please. :)
