Page 1 of Philips Dvd Player Region Locked

Hi there I have a philips dvd player and have been using the remote to change the region between regions 1 and 2 but now the player is locked on region 1. I have only just heard this is because the player locks after 25 changes. Is there anyway that I can get around this as its a pain in the ass having it locked on region 1?
The code I used to change the regions was:
1) Press play
2) Type 1,5,9
3) Type 002 000 128 156
4) Press play


This would normally convert it back to region 2.

You never said what model your Philips is!!
But just thinking, you said you use the "play,1 5 9" method, have you checked to see if your player is one that can be hacked using this method with a "One for All" remote control - www.dvd.reviewer.co.uk/info/multiregion/full/philips750.asp
If it can do it lol, this hack enables true multiregion including RCE discs.
It also works even if the player is locked after 25 changes.
