Page 1 of Aiwa XR-DVD525

Has anyone managed to find a hack for this machine please ??. I have not read all of the older threads yet ... but if someone could let me know I would be much obliged.

I have one of these great bits of kit also. I have taken some screen shots of the setup menu and sent them to someone with a great deal of hacking experience - the guy that craked the Aiwa `370 DVD. As yet I am still waiting for a response.

Don`t mean to bother u too much but i was reading this message where you said you knew a guy who was great at getting hacks. Do you think he could get me one for the Aiwa 290 or maybe u even know one?

Sorry mate, I cant help you. From what I`ve seen on this and other forum sites, the only hack for Aiwa`s at present is the one for the 370. I have the Aiwa Hifi/DVD combo XR-DV525, I`m waiting for Jimbo to ID the base system that this was cloned from to identify which DVD hack will work.
Check out www.choosefirst.co.uk and select the `370 section there may be something you can use there. Otherwise keep asking.
