Page 1 of FIGHT CLUB WONT PLAY EVEN WITH HACK !!!

I recently bought Fight Club and Leon both region 1. I used the hack to use play these only to find that Fight Club wouldn`t play but Leon did

Whats with that ???

maybe one problem with this movie,
try one other tittle, protected if possible,
one disney, or other,

It is possible that the firmware that your player is running will not play this disc, I had a similar problem with a Philips DVD930 when trying to play The Matrix. I solved the problem with a firmware upgrade, supplied on a disc from Philips. If your player won`t play The Matrix this is likely to be the problem. You can get an upgrade disc from Philips.

P.S. I can permently reprogram and philips player for auto multi region playback (no codes needed and will not lock after 25 changes) cheaply.

have you region code error on the screen?
can you give your firmware revision .

All it says

the region code of this player does not
match that of the disc

Hello again coops,
Firmware is the programming on the player that tells player how to play a disc. If your player is saying "the region code of this player does not match that of the disc" it is not because your player needs a firmware update. Maybe the disc is faulty. I can reprogram you player but you would have to send or bring me the player.
