Page 1 of Samsung P142

Hi I got given the code below to make the Samsung P142 Multiregion, but it seems to play films in black and white. Anyone got a working code that will allow full play back in colour please?

open the dvd with no disc inside (no disc mode)
press repeat on the RC
press 57538
press 9
press open/close

Usually black and white playback is a problem in older tv`s that can`t except 60hz signals like that of NTSC coded discs. Theres no real way around it, except maybe playing with the various settings on the player. Quasi Pal etc or the tv, to make it work.
My guess would be though, that the player is doing everthing its suppose to. But the tv is at fault.

The TV is a brand new LCD, so I will just have a play about with the settings and changet the region on that as well.
