Page 1 of Sony 535/6 RCE Fix Chips - Information

This message is an edited version of a message I have posted on many other forums .. this message is for information only to inform owners of these players that there are other options open to them .. this is not an advert as there are no links to anyone selling the chips.

These chips are for
Modified region 2 players that can currently play Auto Region but wont play RCE.
They are compatible with Auto Region mods from most if not all vendors both
software and hardware mods.

I would
like to point out that this is intended to be a cheap budget fix and does have it`s
limitations.

When the player is operating in RCE mode there will be no RGB output and other
features of the player may not be available. This will only happen in RCE mode ..
in normal auto region mode your player will be exactly as it was before fitting
this add on chip.
