Page 1 of OFA HACK FOR SONY RDR GX300

Is there anybody that can point me in the right direction if there is available a IR hack for my Sony RDR GX300?
I have a OFA Kameleon. I did see some time ago another OFA hack for another Sony that apparently works on the GX300 but Im unable to locate it.

Bought a OFA remote followed instructions got message TIMER etc,placed region 1 dvd in player but will only lpayback in black and white any ideas?(tried messing with scart settings no difference)Ta

The reason it is in Black & White is that Region 1 DVD`s are NTSC and if played back on a European PAL Television will appear in Black & White.

To sort this you either have to change the Output on your player to PAL if this available,or adjust your television to accept NTSC.

The thing is I already own a Sony DVD player that had been made region free from the shop where I purchased it (works fine)and they used a OFA remote which they say had been programmed and that works on my Sanyo TV(2 Scarts) but only in colour on one of the scarts.I tried swapping the scarts etc but no joy
