Page 1 of Can someone help me hack my bloody LG DVD 2280P??????

I have been trawling the DVD sites for some help with a hack for the DVD player LG DVD 2280P. There doesnt seem to be one listed anywhere.

I have used the Aiwa 370 hack as you have suggested but I cannot get it to display the word CODE.

I did the Power on, Pause, 314159 but no CODE comes up on the display. I tried it fast and slow several times turning it on and off but to no avail.

I can do the firmware hack and it says the following:-

I have bought some CD`s from the US and they have worked but when I got MOBY - PLAY DVD it says CHECK REGION and wont play the DVD.

Can you help?

I to had this problem and had no luck finding a hack. This was over 12 months ago now and i still haven`t found a hack, if i were u i would consider getting it chipped as this can b done very cheaply now, or do as i did and just buy another dvd player i picked up a 2nd hand multi-region player for £60. I know this doesn`t help but don`t get your hopes up.
