Page 1 of FUNAI HDR-B2735 DVD Hardrive Recorder

Has anyone any idea who make this unit and whether there a hack for the DVD Player? I want to buy one, but not if i can`t get it to play Region 1 disc`s

There are No Listed Region Hacks for Any Funai Product (Well none that I can Find)...That is why there was No Reply to Pinch`s Hack Request Post

So the Chances of a Macrovision Disable Hack is almost certainly "Non Existant"

Macrovision Can Be Removed by Using a "Special" Scart Lead such as this

And remember if you are Trying to Remove the Macrovision to Enable you to Make "Back Up" Copies of your Movies ..Then Macrovision need to Be Removed from the Suppling Source Player ...Not the Recorder....For Some DVD Players this is Possible ..But VCR Players it is again very Difficult if possible at all.

You will need to use the Special Scart Lead.

Here are the instructions to unlock your Funai unit.There are a number of options.Option 1) Using with a laptop or computer with infrared port.Most Pcs have this.

A bit confused as I can see your message abouth the multi-region hack for the Funai Three in One HDR-B2735, but only part of it. Please can you tell me how to do it, as it`s only set to region 2 currently.
