Page 1 of Toshiba HD-E1 HD DVD Player can it play American HD DVDs???

Hi there

Can anyone tell me if the Toshiba HD-E1 DVD player can play American HD DVDs?

HD dvds are NOT currently region coded :)

If they HD-DVDs are not region coded how come wont my Toshiba HD-E1 wont play HD-DVDs from the USA ? All I get is a region code error on the screen. :(

IT WILL PLAY USA HD DISCS it will not play ordenery usa discs,your player hd will only play regieon two discs. yours milan1
