Just bought Philips dvd 622 player ..... can I hack it to play region 1 discs via remote provided with machine? Is there a way around macrovision on region 2 (UK) discs? thanks

you need the philips 750 hack ( on this site) using a `one for all` 6 or digital remote. the macrovision will have to be disabled via an external unit from someone like electopaks
