Page 1 of Hack won`t work for my Sharp Dv740. Any body got any other ideas????

Tried several times and aint worked. I thought it was me, but I got a another cd hack from madman and it still didnt work. I well cracked off with it. Will someone give us a clue?

The problem is the download file, it contains the wrong data in the CREGIN.txt file. Either create your own file, or modify the download one with the correct data as shown on the web page.
I can assure you it does work.

When you say it contains the wrong data, are you referring to the Area 450 website downloadable file, or the Reoc website downloadable file ?

The file you can download has the following contents -
TSDVDREG-2001-8918448-R0
That is wrong.
The correct contents of the CREGIN.txt file are -
TSDVDREG-2001-8939912-R0
as displayed on the area450 web page.

Sounds like you downloaded the Australian one, mate ;-)
