Page 1 of Samsung HT Z210 Hack worked but only for so long, please help

Hi I have a Samsung HT z 210, it an amp with dvd player in it. I did the following hack for it to play multi region disc about 9 months ago :


turn on player with remote press enter on the remote press 8 4 2 6 and 9 on the remote press enter on the remote the player will power off switch on the power from the remote the player is now region free

Ii worked a treat but now won`t play region 2 discs at all, just region 1. I googled this and I couldnt find a soluation but I did read that is has happened to others as if the hack doesnt last long term. I can find how to change it back to working but it`s really really annoying. I was on the net all night last night trying to sort this with no success.

I have always found the answers to all dvd problems on this site so am posting this to see if anyone else has had the same problems and if anyone knows how to fix it.

Just so you know I have tried the same hack again above to try and re activate it but ni success at all.

What I did was I reset the DVD player (switched it off and pressed the stop button on the unit for about 5 sec until INITIAL) was displayed). Then I re-entered the hack.  

I know this is a bit late, but I only came across the question because I had the same problem myself. Hope it helps.
