Page 1 of Any way of disabling Macrovision on PS2?????

Is there any way u can disable macrovision on PS2 so i can backup DVD onto VHS????????? Plus if answer is no.....then what are the best stand alone DVD players which can disable macrovision?

you need the mesiah chip or neo 4 these both give you full functionality + multi region macro free and play backups (but not region1 to pal ) it`s a bit cheap cos sony is shutting them all down but www.ringos.co.uk was selling them at the computer fair in manchester for £75 (you can probably get one online if you email them and ask nice)
