Please could someone tell me the hack for the above Dvd player.it would be really appearciated.

i have a gdvd124 perhaps the hack will work ! if not nothing lost
1) open drawer
2) press 7
3) press 4
4) press Enter

or try above instead typing 7,7, then enter

you then access a hidden menu where country code can be selected code 13 is region free.

turn on DVD and open draw
press SETUP
select CUSTOM
press 33333
this opens secret settings menu offering regions 0-6.
(0 for region free)

Hi thanks for your reply.Im still having trouble though! After i have going in the custom setup there is a list of options the 1st one being VFD display which says bright next to it.the next option is front LED which says bright the next one is parental which says 8 adult
then it says password,when i have gone into this it asks for a password which i dont have then it asks for a new password
then it says defaults which has v.02.2.2
firstly am i on the right part of the setup and can you tell me what i need to press to change the region.u have been a great help
