Hack Help Forum
I`ve read that there is a Hack for the Samsung M105 using an Aiwa Remote Control, could anyone confirm if this would work with version 5.02E????
Also how would you go about getting an Aiwa remote control, can you buy them or do you need to know someone with an Aiwa DVD player.
Cheers
Jonny

The Aiwa remote hack was mentioned in an earlier thread:

If you don`t already own such a remote though, I wouldn`t bother buying one. You might as well just upgrade the firmware to the hackable version 5.02Ee - it`s cheaper, and more convenient in that you don`t have to keep hacking it each time you play a disc (as with the Aiwa hack), you can just hack it once then forget about it completely.
BTW I believe the Aiwa remotes in question are those for Aiwa music centres (mini systems), *not* DVD players. Universal remotes ("One for All", etc.) which can emulate the Aiwa codes are equally suitable.
For a range of remote controls for different systems, try:

RE: Help - Samsung M105 Hack!!
I have just got a brand new DVD-M105. I don`t know what version the firmware is, but I enabled multi-region using the well publicised method, but instead of the normal region 2 code I used `57538`
