The shop i bought it from said they are trying to get a chip for it in the next few weeks to change the region but it`ll cost £70
I was wondering if there`s any hacks out there?!

i know for sure there is a sofware update disk available, a shop that sells these where i live can upgrade them to play all region, also the sd220 model. so i would advise not getting the chip, sounds too expensive to me.
