Page 1 of Pacific 750 vcd function disabled!!!**hack needed**

i bought a pacific 750 from asda 2 weeks ago and i had problems with the sound. I took it back and got another one and when i got it home to my shock there was a note on the manual saying that the vcd function had been disabled. does anyone know if it can be enabled at all???

Looks like Pacific are being leaned on (or have gained a conscience)
not only have they stopped macro disable but now vcd play!!
Why not swap it for the Schneider 856 (same manufacturer) before they alter that one too!!!

Yes and it`s the pacific hack.
However the karaoke function is for karaoke dvds or vcds(I think) not the karaoke cdgs used mostly over here.

just bought mine ,and had same trouble but found that when i pressed NEXT on the remote it worked ok. hope it helps ?
ps dont happen to have code to disable macro do you?
