NTSC to Pal 50 fps question?

Does every Dvd player that outputs Ntsc to pal 50 produce a slight jump in motion to compensate the Ntsc 30fps into Pals 25fps?

I have had 3 different DVD players which output NTSC as PAL 50 ( Mico, Dansai & Kiiro) and have not noticed it?

got last of the Mohicans?
watch the start very closely when the camera pans across the mountains.
you get a very slight stutter now and then infact watch any movie where it pans the camera

I set my Dansai 1010 to from AUTO to HI-Resolution and overcame panning jitter problem. e.g. opening sequence of Disney´s Beauty & the Beast.
