I have a Lektropacks CM-1 Copy Mate Video Enhancer..
This has Scart In/Scart Out.... Phonos In/Phonos Out.. only works on composite though. You can have one input device outputting to 2 devices.

Removes macrovision from Scan DVD player, Sky Digital Box office, and
Tape to Tape..

Although the quality is good, it does not match RGB to RGB from the
Scan to VHS when you have the marcovision disabled.

visit www.lektropacks.co.uk
about £60. has sharpness and colour controls.

Mine came from www.keene.co.uk - it was about 12 months ago but they probably still do them - mine has composite and SVideo in/out sockets - no picture controls except for a colour or black & white setting. - it too was about £60 ish and has removed all macrovision sources I have tried on it.
